Seminars For Advanced Interdisciplinary Family Professionals

SAIF provides educational and training seminars for individuals of multiple disciplines and professions who deal with families and family issues. Specifically targeted are legal, mental health, and financial professionals who work with the family in the many stages of the formation and dissolving of a family.

SAIF is a group of attorneys and child psychologists who are pushing non-confrontational methods of resolving divorce and family conflict. The main focus is the introduction to Indiana of the Parent Coordinator, a new idea that creates a family manager/referee to handle the more high conflict cases. The idea is to minimize conflict so that the children are impacted less severely. It should help keep cases from going to court for resolution as well, and focus on agreements.
